By purchasing any products (software) from mage.guide, you agree to the following (Agreement).

License to use website

Unless otherwise stated, MageGuide Ltd., hereinafter referred to as "MageGuide", own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. Subject to the license below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved.

You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages. You must not:

1. republish material from this website (including republication on another website);
2. sell, rent or sub-license material from the website;
3. show any material from the website in public;
4. reproduce, duplicate, copy or otherwise exploit material on our website for a commercial purpose;
5. edit or otherwise modify any material on the website;
6. redistribute material from this website except for content specifically and expressly made available for redistribution (such as our newsletter).

We do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of the information published on this website; nor do we commit to ensuring that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up to date.

License to software

1. MageGuide Ltd., hereinafter referred to as "MageGuide" is the copyright holder of the Software. The Software or a portion of it is a copyrightable matter and is liable to protection by the law. Any activity that infringes terms of this Agreement violates copyright law and will be prosecuted according to the current law. We reserve the right to revoke the license of any user who is holding an invalid license.

2. This Agreement gives you the right to use only one copy of the Software on one Magento installation solely for your own personal or business use, subject to all other terms of this Agreement. A separate License should be purchased for each new Software installation. Any distribution of the Software without our consent, including noncommercial distribution is regarded as violation of this Agreement and entails liability, according to the current law.

3. You may not use any part of the code in whole or part in any other software or product or website.

4. You may not give, sell, distribute, sub-license, rent, lease or lend any portion of the Software or Documentation to anyone. You may not place the Software on a server so that it is accessible via a public network such as the Internet for distribution purposes.

5. You are bound to preserve the copyright information intact.

6. MageGuide reserves the right to publish a selected list of users of our Software.

7. MageGuide will not be liable to you for any damages (including any loss of profits/saving, or incidental or consequential) caused to you, your information and your business arising out of the use or inability to use this Software.

8. MageGuide is not liable for prosecution arising from use of the Software against law or for any illegal use.

9. If you fail to use the Software in accordance with the terms and conditions of this License Agreement, it constitutes a breach of the agreement, and your license to use the program is revoked.

10. MageGuide reserves the right to change this license agreement at any time and impose its clauses at any given time.

11. License agreement remains effective until terminated. We retain the right to terminate your license to use the Software at any time, if in its sole discretion, you are not abiding by the terms of the Agreement, including, but not limited to, obscuring or removing any copyright notice as specified in this agreement. You may terminate it at any time by destroying all copies of the Software. Termination of this Agreement does not bind us to return you the amount spent for purchase of the Software.

12. If you continue to use the Software after MageGuide gives you notice of termination of your license, you hereby agree to accept an injunction to enjoin you from its further use and to pay all costs (including but not limited to reasonable attorney fees) to enforce our revocation of your license and any damages suffered by us because of your misuse of the Software.

13. This Software is designed to work with a specific Magento edition. Customer can't use Software with on any other Magento edition except the one specified during the purchase process. MageGuide does not provide with extension support in case of incorrect edition usage.

14. Software can automatically connect with MageGuide license server to validate Software license or provide customer with additional information.

Support and bug fixing

MageGuide offers free 30 days support and 6 months of complimentary updates of all software sold on this site. Customers can report all bugs, which were found in our software. We will solve that bugs in order of our development plan.

Software updates

Our extensions and integrations include 6 months of complimentary updates and 30 days support. After the first 6 months and for every following 6 months, it is possible to purchase an update license which is 50% of the original extension price, which entitles you for another 6 months of updates and support.

It is NOT required to purchase an update license to keep on using the extension after the first 6 months - all licenses issued are valid for lifetime. An update license might have to be purchased for example if you wanted to get the latest version of the extension or needed support after the expiration of the support period, but the extension won't ever be disabled if you don't purchase an update license.

Please note Magento 1 and Magento 2 are separate products and if you purchase an extension today, you have to select whether you want to purchase it for Magento 1 OR Magento 2. If you purchased a Magento 1 extension you will need to re-purchase the extension for Magento 2, as Magento 2 is a completely new system and not a simple upgrade. All our extensions had to be developed from scratch for Magento 2, and if you create a Magento 2 store, you will have to set up everything from scratch as well and can't upgrade from Magento 1 easily - that's why you need to re-purchase our extensions for Magento 2, it's a separate and brand-new product.

Refund policy

Since MageGuide is offering non-tangible irrevocable (i.e. open-source and downloadable) goods no refunds can be issued, as all of our products are open-source and license keys are valid for lifetime. Refunds will NEVER be issued for services provided including but not limited to installation, customization, and software development work.

As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.

Variation

We may revise these terms of use from time to time. Revised terms of use will apply to the use of our website from the date of publication of the revised terms of use on our website.

Assignment

We may transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with our rights and/or obligations under these terms of use without notifying you or obtaining your consent. You may not transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with your rights and/or obligations under these terms of use.

Exclusion of third party rights

These terms of use are for the benefit of you and us, and are not intended to benefit any third party or be enforceable by any third party. The exercise of our and your rights in relation to these terms of use is not subject to the consent of any third party.
